This Prohibited Content Policy is provided by APPORIA MOBILE LP, a limited partnership incorporated in England (Suite 6053, 128 Aldersgate Street, Barbican, London EC1A 4AE, England), and CONSTELLION GROUP LTD, a company incorporated in Cyprus (Peiraios 30, 1st floor, Flat/Office 1, Strovolos, 2023 Nicosia, Cyprus), which together operate the LovMia platform and are jointly referred to as "Lovmia," "we," "our," or "us".
Lovmia is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and respectful environment for all users of the LovMia platform. The categories of content listed below are strictly forbidden. Additional prohibited uses are set out in our Terms of Service.
This Policy applies to all content submitted to or generated on the platform, including but not limited to text, images, video, audio, and any other AI-generated material.
Illegal Content. Content that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation is strictly prohibited. This includes content related to illegal substances, weapons, violence, or any material that advocates, facilitates, or endorses unlawful activity.
Hate Speech and Discrimination. Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or harassment directed at individuals or groups on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic is not permitted on the platform.
Violence and Harm. Content that encourages, glorifies, or normalises violence, self-harm, or harm to others is strictly prohibited. This includes any material that endorses suicide, terrorism, or other acts intended to cause injury or death.
Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse. We have zero tolerance for any content that exploits, endangers, or sexualises minors in any form. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming behaviour, sexual extortion, or any other content that causes or risks harm to minors.
Content Resembling Minors. It is strictly forbidden to generate AI content that resembles, depicts, or could be construed as representing a minor in any context. Any such content detected on the platform will be immediately reviewed and removed in accordance with our content moderation procedures, and the relevant account will be subject to termination.
Privacy and Intellectual Property Infringement. Content that violates the privacy, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity is prohibited. This includes the unauthorised sharing of personal information, pirated material, and any use of copyrighted content without appropriate permission.
Impersonation and Unauthorised Use of Real Individuals. Deceptive or harmful impersonation of real people, public figures, or celebrities is prohibited. Content designed to resemble or misrepresent a real individual without their explicit consent is not permitted.
Gore and Bestiality. Content depicting graphic gore or bestiality is strictly prohibited in all circumstances.
Human Trafficking. Any content that promotes, facilitates, or constitutes human trafficking in any form is strictly prohibited.
Racism, Bigotry, and Incitement to Harm. Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or incitement to physical harm against any individual or group is not permitted.
Circumvention of Platform Controls. Content that seeks to bypass, disable, or provide instructions for circumventing any moderation system, content filter, or security feature of the platform is strictly prohibited.
Necrophilic Content. Content depicting or promoting necrophilic themes or scenarios is strictly prohibited.
Incest. Content that depicts, promotes, or normalises incest is strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for all content you submit to the platform and for all output generated by AI companions as a result of your interactions with them. AI companions learn and respond based on the conversations you initiate and the parameters you configure. Lovmia does not control or endorse AI-generated output.
By using the Services, you agree that your interactions with AI companions will at all times comply with applicable laws and regulations, our Terms of Service, and this Prohibited Content Policy. You must not use the Services to engage in any illegal, unethical, or harmful activity.
While conversations between users and AI companions are treated as private, we have implemented automated content moderation systems to identify and address material that violates this Policy. Where prohibited content is detected, we reserve the right to manually review the flagged material and take appropriate action, which may include content removal and account termination.
We aim to strike a reasonable balance between user privacy and platform safety, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these standards.
Any violation of this Policy may result in the removal of the relevant content, suspension or permanent termination of the user's account, and referral to law enforcement where required by law or where we consider it appropriate.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Services for any user found to be engaged in, or reasonably suspected of engaging in, conduct that violates this Policy.
